  • We'll meet in person to walk through your space, discuss your wishlist, and gather details about your style preferences. This includes:

    • A review of desired finishes (tiles, counters, flooring, etc.)

    • Photos and measurements of each space

    • Notes on what you love (and what you don’t)

    After this visit, you’ll receive a quote for developing your full Design Concept.

  • Once approved, we begin creating:

    • Layouts and space planning (typically two options)

    • Finish and fixture recommendations

    • A working budget for materials and design elements

    We also schedule a site visit with one of our trusted contractors to assess build-related costs.

  • We present your custom Design Concept in person. You’ll receive:

    • Full layout options

    • Finish and material samples

    • A preliminary combined budget
      We flag any known variables (like electrical or plumbing constraints) and refine your plan based on feedback.

  • With the plan in place, we handle:

    • Final design adjustments

    • Contractor coordination

    • Product approvals and ordering

    • Canadian compliance checks (CSA standards, etc.)

    You can rest easy knowing that all essential materials are secured and ready before demo begins—setting the stage for a smooth renovation process.

  • We oversee all major install milestones:

    • Plumbing + electrical rough-ins

    • Tilework + counters

    • Paint, lighting, and fixture install

    You’ll receive a renovation timeline so you know exactly what to expect. We’re on-site to ensure every detail is executed as designed.

  • You’re never left guessing. Whether there’s an update or not, we keep you in the loop. If surprises come up, we’ll explain the issue, share the fix, and move forward with confidence.

  • Once the work is complete, we walk the space with you to confirm every detail has been executed to plan. Then we schedule photography and celebrate the transformation!
